Unblocking The Junk Email Options

• Access Microsoft Outlook that is installed in your system from the desktop or from the Start menu.
• In the main menu ribbon, the tab called Home will be present and below the Delete heading in it, a Junk option will be present. Select it.
• From the menu, choose Junk Email options and click the tab labeled Safe Senders.
• Select Add. The entire email address of the sender that you want to unblock has to be entered in the field provided. An email domain can also be added. So all email addresses that contain this email domain are added to the safe sender list.

• Access Microsoft Outlook that is installed in your system from the desktop or from the Start menu.
• In the left navigation pane, the tab titled Mail will be present, select it.
• In the folders list of the email account, the Junk Folder will be present, select it.
• The email from the sender that you want to unblock has to be right clicked.
• From the menu that appears, choose the Junk Email option and from the menu, choose the option Add Sender to Safe Senders List.
• Now the email address will be unblocked and you will be able to receive emails from that email address.
