To Remove The Babylon Toolbar From Your Web Browser

Sometimes while visiting a website written in a different language, you would need to translate the same using a toolbar. You might be using the Babylon toolbar, which is meant for translating any text or act as a dictionary in your computer. You could also do conversions using it like currencies, measurements and others.
Most often after installing the Babylon toolbar on their web browser, the users would wish to remove them from their later. Sometimes they would be installed on your browser automatically like a malware attack. Your web browser preferences would change automatically and you might find it difficult to go back to your original home page settings.  Installing this toolbar is quite easy but the Babylon toolbar removal is not that easy.
Let us check the instructions that would help you get rid of the Babylon toolbar from your computer.

Instructions
  • Click on the Start button on your desktop and click on the Control Panel.
  • Now select the Uninstall a Program icon.
  • This will open up a screen listing all the programs that are installed on your computer.
  • Scroll down to find the Babylon toolbar and when you find the same, click on the Uninstall button.
  • This will open up the Babylon Uninstall Wizard.
  • Now select Uninstall once again and follow the uninstall prompts that you would find on the screen for the Babylon toolbar removal.
  • Following these instructions, you can easily remove them. However, you need to ensure that no remains of the Babylon toolbar are left on your computer. If you wish them to be removed, go to the Control Panel once again and check whether the application for the toolbar in still it. If you find any, follow the above instruction and remove them from the Control Panel.
  • After removing the toolbar from your computer, check whether there is virus infection on your computer. Run a complete scan to find any malicious software on your system. 
  • Also, reset your web browser to remove the Babylon toolbar completely.
If you use Mozilla Firefox as your web browser, follow the instructions below for resetting the same.
  • On top of Firefox, select Firefox Help –troubleshooting information.
  • In order to reset to its default setting, select the Reset Firefox option.
  • Uninstall extensions and in the browser settings, Remove add-ons or select the Add-ons-disable options.
